Mom and Dad have this amazing home garden that has just flourished with the recent weather. Mom should really take up a booth at one of the local farmers markets! Her organic snow peas are just multiplying like you wouldn't believe. Just a few minutes in the steamer and those snow peas become a healthy, crunchy appetizer. Mom generously shared the day's harvest with us and we quickly turned them into a nice tofu stir-fry. Cannot wait to have a home garden of our own someday! :)
