Last night was a night for celebrating! and Paloma Blanca was just the place to do it! Not only were we celebrating Mer's upcoming wedding (3 days to go!), but we were all so happy to have successfully completed a trying summer semester..officially making us 2nd year PA students!
It's always so wonderful, so refreshing to enjoy great food and great company! Sometimes we lose sight of what friendships mean to us. We take advantage of the idea of it because the chaos of life forces us to do so. But by getting together for a few cocktails and even more laughs, sanity is restored and you remember why you love the friends you have.
After a great dinner with the girls, I came home to continue the celebration with Marco and my fave sis-in-law, Laura. On the dessert menu? Smores!! Helpful hint: stuff a chunk of Hershey's chocolate into the center of each marshmallow then broil to perfection!
